Sp2s Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the sp2s platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all sp2s platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the sp2s platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sp2s as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use sp2s services. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Sp2s reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the sp2s platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, a valid email address and phone number. sp2s reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are accountable for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the sp2s support team immediately.
User Responsibilities and Rules
All sp2s platform users are required to comply with the rules set out below and to use the platform responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point while using the platform
- Using any software, bots, scripts or automated methods to access or use sp2s services
- Engaging in any fraudulent, manipulative or collusive activity with other users
- Attempting to access or interfere with any systems, servers or networks associated with the platform
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law
Sp2s reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account without prior notice.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the sp2s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods such as Touch n Go eWallet, FPX and online banking through local banks. The minimum deposit amount is subject to limits set by sp2s and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests will be processed through the same payment channel used for the deposit. sp2s reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe.
Any deposits or transactions suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian law. sp2s is not liable for any losses arising from delays or failed transactions caused by factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, sp2s shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry the risk of financial loss and use the platform entirely at their own risk.
The sp2s platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. sp2s does not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors or suited to any specific user requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials found on the sp2s platform are the property of sp2s or our licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from sp2s.
Third-Party Links
The sp2s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. sp2s does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Termination and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
Sp2s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the sp2s support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and any eligible account balance has been returned via the appropriate payment method.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia. sp2s reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
